CDF uses charitable donations to help eligible men with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer that need financial assistance paying their out-of-pocket expenses, including co-pays or co-insurance. CDF is an independent, non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to help eligible patients obtain prescription medications. Independent of Astellas and Medivation, CDF determines how to distribute donations and evaluate patient eligibility.
