Astellas was recognized in Seramount’s 2021 Top 75 Companies for Executive Women list. 

Seramount announced its annual list of the 2021 Top 75 Companies for Executive Women and has included Astellas for the first time. The Top Companies for Executive Women list evaluates companies on every aspect of women’s advancement, including succession planning, profit-and-loss roles, gender pay parity, support programs and work-life balance programs. Its examination of policies, programs and leadership demographics of participating companies yields the most definitive list of top workplaces for women who want to advance to the most senior levels.
